What's included
Every service is carried out to manufacturer specification, covering oil and filter changes, brake inspection and adjustment, chain tension and lubrication, fluid levels, battery health, tyre condition and pressure, and a full safety check of the bike from front to back. We’ll always flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger (and more expensive) problem.
Independent, and proud of it
We’re a small, independent workshop — which means no franchise price tags and no rigid service menus that don’t fit your bike. We tailor each service to what your motorcycle actually needs, at a fair price.
Fully equipped workshop
Our Tweed Road workshop has an MOT bay, two top-of-the-range hydraulic ram lifts, and dealer-level diagnostic and coding equipment compatible with Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki, Triumph, and Yamaha — so even modern, electronics-heavy bikes are properly looked after.
Common Questions
Here are some frequently asked questions about our Services
Most manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months or 4,000–6,000 miles, whichever comes first — check your bike’s handbook, or ask us and we’ll advise based on your model and how you ride.
We use quality parts suited to your bike and budget, and we’re happy to discuss genuine vs. aftermarket options with you before starting any work.
Absolutely — we work on almost all makes and models, regardless of where you bought your bike.
Generally speaking, a Minor service covers the essentials — oil, filter, and a safety check. An Interim adds more detailed checks and is recommended around the midpoint between full services. A Major service is the most thorough, covering everything including items like brake fluid, spark plugs, and a full inspection. Use our reg lookup above to see pricing for your bike’s engine size.
No — under UK and EU consumer protection rules, having your bike serviced by an independent garage like ours doesn’t void your manufacturer’s warranty, as long as the work is carried out to the correct standard using suitable parts, which is exactly how we operate.
It depends on the level of service and your bike, but we’ll always give you a realistic timeframe when you book. Many services can be completed within the day.
For most Minor and Interim services, yes. For a Major service, we’d usually recommend dropping your bike off and collecting it later the same day or next day — we’ll confirm this when you book.
Just your bike, the key, and ideally your service history or logbook if you have it — though we can service your bike even without it.
Always. If we spot anything else during your service, we’ll talk you through it and get your go-ahead before doing any extra work — never anything done without asking first.
